Are You planning to download "Archive" in WEEBLY??

If you have been exploring the site editor of Weebly, you must have found, in the Settings tab, a button saying "Download Archive". It is a button which downloads your site into your hard drive with all the designs saved. There is just one catch in this, but a major one. If you download the archive you may not get your drop-down menu. This is bad if you plan on making a professional site. It can make you go on losses. So the best I can suggest is uploading it on the web directly from Weebly. The Download Archive allows you to chose your own host and domain and in your own name. So unless you are a major Web designer, I would prefer you upload directly from Weebly as it provides free hosting anyway (no worrying about hosting plans!!).

CHEAT FOR WEEBLY (HOW TO REMOVE WEEBLY FOOTER-"CLICK HERE TO MAKE FREE WEBSITE WITH WEEBLY")

Go to "Designs" on the top bar(Elements,Designs,Setings...) and click "Edit HTML/CSS" and you will be directed to another page. In that same page, go down in the editor and find something like this-"#footer...{

               ......

        }

Put the code there just after the curly brackets (next line. NOT on the same line of the brackets) and type-

"visibility:hidden;"

(without the double quotes [""]and no spelling error or you will still find the weebly footer)

Let's get started!!

1. To host your documents you can go to the last post on this page and register with their free sub domain. Or click down!

2. After that...go to the site "dot.tk" or "co.cc"(previous post)-I prefer .tk as it is shorter. Or click down.

3. Chose a suitable ".tk" sub domain and see if it is available. If it is, continue...
4. It will give an option of  "forward this domain to..." under the "Use your new domain". Put your previous 000Webhost url.
5. Register for however long you want. and type the numbers.
6. Sign Up and wait...
7. After registering your domain, login to .tk (top right corner) and go to "Modify a Domain" and check everything (leave everything as it is except if the sub domain you have is different). Click OK.
8. Viola!!New free domain!!

      Or

Make your free site with weebly(2nd last post) and get your own free sub domain and do the same as you did above for your .tk domain. Just that now, your subdomain you put will be "something.weebly.com" which can change into "something.tk"!!If you click the refferal link, you will get free 1 month weebly pro.
